Building Smarter. Flying Higher.
Lately, we’ve been heads-down refining the business plan for Controlled Creations—and it’s been time well spent.
We’ve dialed in our focus.
The custom app dev and consulting services aren’t going anywhere, but drone services are stepping into the spotlight.
What’s Changing?
1. We’re all-in on aerial.
The demand is real—and growing fast—for high-quality drone work across industries:
- Real estate agents need compelling flyovers and marketing reels
- Contractors and property managers want documentation and transformation footage
- Muralists, landscape artists, and preservation groups are looking for storytelling from above
Controlled Creations is meeting that demand with a full slate of aerial offerings—photos, video, photogrammetry, and social-ready reels. If it flies, we’re interested.
2. We added professional liability insurance.
This was a critical step.
Clients want to know they’re working with professionals who are serious, reliable, and covered. We’re now fully insured for commercial drone operations and consulting engagements. That means added peace of mind for our real estate, contractor, and public-sector partners.
3. The business plan is finally structured.
We’ve got:
- TAM/SAM/SOM projections
- Defined verticals (real estate, contractors, estate managers)
- Value-based pricing models
- Promotional strategy (seasonal flyovers, social media hooks, referral bonuses)
- A financial plan (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
- Clear service roadmap (FPV, thermal imaging, 3D modeling next on deck)
The goal: build a service-based business that stays lean, stays honest, and earns trust with every flight.
What’s Next?
- Finalizing launch offers
- Revamping ControlledCreations.com to reflect our drone-first strategy
- Pushing visibility via Instagram, YouTube, and local partnerships
- Continuing app and consulting projects—but through a tighter lens
We’re making Controlled Creations smarter, sharper, and more airworthy by the day.
